Office Manager

To support our activities, we are looking for an Office Manager

You will be helping us to become an even better company. As an office manager, we expect you to help us in all steps of recruitment, build our brand image and keep our customers close

What you like to do…

• You love recruiting: create vacancies and pro-actively search for  candidates. You like to assist in the job interview and ensure a great candidate experience 
• Onboarding journey: you’ll be creating contracts and ensure new employers have a great start (order material, take care of insurances, deliver company car,…). During the first day of the new employer, you’ll make sure everything goes smoothly
• You care about employer branding ; taking care of the positive branding of the company, make a visibility plan for social media and maintain an appealing website
• Clients management gives you energy, you are able to sell our company to new customers and maintain a good relationship with our existing customers
• You understand what we can deliver as a company and you help searching for the best opportunities for our consultants. You need to follow up on existing contracts and react in time when contracts are going to end
• You follow up on the well-being of our consultants  and gather their feedback. Next to that you also take care of the HR administration (timesheets, holiday planning and other HR topics).

What will make you successful…

• You have at least 4 year work experience in supporting roles (HR, invoicing or administrative tasks)
• You work in a structured way
• You have experience working with team members at various levels, including management and non-technical stakeholders
• You have a positive mindset and an excellent communicator with coaching and educational skills
• You have excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
